Packaging Calculators
Packaging costs often look small one item at a time, but inaccurate estimates compound across thousands of orders. Start with an actual carton or label measurement, then work from materials and quantities toward a cost-per-order estimate.

- Start with dimensions
Measure internal usable carton dimensions and external item size; include protective clearance when appropriate.
- Estimate materials
Use the tape, bubble-wrap, padding and label calculators before pricing a complete packing process.
- Check cost per order
Compare unit packaging expenses with actual supplier quotes and waste rates.
Important limitations
A calculator cannot replace a supplier's cutting specification, material safety evaluation or physical fit test. Confirm sizes, allowances and material thickness before placing a large order.
